Google made a significant update in Play Store to make everyone’s life easier while managing the Apps. Once you open the My App Screen, you can notice this change.
If you still see the old screen then you might require to clear cashe or Play stores app data and restart it to see the new screen.
Google have made the name change for ALL tab in My Apps and game Screen. Tab “All” change to “Library”. The new Sorting method now applied to Installed app screen where you can sort the list based on options as alphabetical, last updated, last used and size. It really helps as size will play a role in space management, last used may help to recognize the older and unused apps etc.
Earlier, if you want to update an app then you need to explicitly open the app’s page and click on update. Now, updating certain App is easy as Update button introduced in front of each App. Just click it to update your App.
The New Install button introduced for installing the new Apps from your account. Just scroll down the list and click install button in front of the App whichever you wish to install.
Now, no need to wait for Play store to launch the notification for update of an App. Refresh button is available to check for update available for any App.
The minor drawback is, you cannot have the batch installation now (earlier you tap and hold to select multiple apps). If you want to do the install in bunch, you need to click install button for every App.
